A Resident may only have one (1) dog or cat and there will be a fee of $5 per month for all pets.

We do not allow rentals or subletting.  Homes must be Resident occupied.

Unfortunately we do not.

Rent includes water, sewer, trash.

Residents are responsible to maintain (trim/cut) all lawn areas, flowers, trees and shrubbery on their lot.

Residents are responsible for the removal of ice and snow from their designated parking area and in and around their lots.  Park management takes care of the roads.
